1) Be respectful to each other. It does not matter if you are an elf or an orc, forest folk or mordor evil people, we all want to be treated with respect. Best friends do not count, if they're ok with constant name calling of each other then I will not judge.
2) Keep private things private. If you are having an issue with someone, please take it to a PM. We don't want to witness your disagreement though depending if you want to publicly humiliate yourself then feel free to do so. Depending on the situation, childish behaviour may just cheer up an administrator. Though, they will contact you via PM if things are getting a little too out of hand or lend their advice to stop it in future.
3) Be mindful of each others feelings. Playful teasing can be fun, but if someone asks you to stop, please stop. Continuing to do so would be bullying, and we don't like bullies. At all. So don't even try to push it.
4) Please avoid topics that may make people uncomfortable. We don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. This includes but is not limited to religion, politics, and such similar topics. Those are conversations better had on MSN or Skype.
5) Decency rules still apply. Please keep the language in check, since we do have some younger members, and please do not *ahem* "get busy" in the chatbox. Unless the Administrators declare... CAD or Chatbox After Dark. Which may possibly be often. Those over eighteen must declare it to an administrator as they will be alerted if someone under the consentual age of 16 is on the site, role playing or chat box sex will not be tolerated. No sitting on people's laps. No snogging. No pecks. No heated glances at each other. Nothing of the sort will be tolerated.
6) You may choose any color text you want for the chatbox EXCEPT RED. Red is reserved for staff members who need to make official announcements/warnings. Unless you have expressed permission from a staff member/administrator.
7) Siblings. If you have a sibling on the site and they are younger, contact an admin with any fears or concerns you may have. Administrators will follow the requests of older siblings to a point, if it puts the site, themselves or someone else in harms way then drastic action will be taken. No excuses. If a sibling is over the age of 18 where as their little sibling is online, they start a fight or even bad mouth or say something against their older siblings character then they shall be kicked from chatbox. If they insist to keep fighting against what has been said then banning will be ensured. What ever is deemed offical by an admin must be dropped immediately. Mumbling under one's breath to another person about an admin, their sibling or someone else will not be tolerated either. If one suffers, so must the other.
